"The science of happiness" is the title of the 3rd Cycle of courses of the Open People's University in the departments of Amaroussi and Thessaloniki and is held in collaboration with the Hellenic Society of Positive Psychology. Mr. Anastasios Stalikas, Professor of Psychology at Panteion University, Psychotherapist and President of the Hellenic Society of Positive Psychology, is responsible for the program.

These are 10 positive psychology lessons with practical advice for a happy and meaningful life. The "science of happiness" is the pioneering science of positive psychology, developed in recent years at major universities such as Harvard, McGill, Berkeley, Pennsylvania, and which explores the roots of a happy and meaningful life and how we can train ourselves to become truly happier.

COURSES START

Thessaloniki: The beginning of the courses will be on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, and they will be completed in 10 weekly presentations of 3 hours duration, each Wednesday*_cc781905-31b-3194cde94 136bad5cf58d_hours 17:00 to 20:00, in the Alexandros Hall, National Defense 1 (Across from the White Tower).

Marousi: The courses will start on Monday, April 24, 2017, and will be completed in 10 weekly lectures of 3 hours duration, hours 17:00 to 20:00, on the following dates:
APRIL: Monday 24/4
MAY: Friday 5/5, Monday 8/5, Monday 15/5, Monday 22/5, Monday 29/5
JUNE: Wednesday 7/6, Monday 12/6, Monday 19/6, Monday 26/6
The classes will take place in the hall of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Amarousi, Vas. Sofias 9.
